Camping 

 

• Campers will be allowed on site from 4 pm onwards on the Friday 

• There will be separate camping areas for tents, motorhomes or caravans.

• No noisy generators, will be allowed on site.

• No Open fires or charcoal BBQs are allowed on the campsite area. 

• Silent generators, gas or electric BBQs are perfectly fine.

• No noisy parties on site once event has finished, background music is fine  ( lets respect and think about our neighbours and the people trying to sleep on site ) 

• Any person found to be going against these rules will be warned then asked to leave site and will not be allowed back into the event.

 

Food and Drink 

 

• No food or drink will be permitted onto event site. 

• We have food vendors and a fully licenced bar on site.

• Details of food vendors will be listed once confirmed.

• We will be using a beer token service at the bar.

• Tokens must be purchased before using the bar.

• Cash and cards will be accepted.

• No Cash machines on site.

Parking 

 

• We have a designated field for parking ( £5 p. car )

• This money will be donated to Halton Haven Hospice.

• Please drive onto field to avoid congestion on main road and follow directions to a parking space.

• We have a pick up / drop off area.

• Taxis will be available upon exit of event . 

• Please keep your speed down to a maximum of 5 mph on site.

• Please refrain from parking anywhere else other than in the designated car park.

• Lets be courteous to our neighbours.

Bar

• We will be operating a challenge 25 operation behind the bar
